How long is the CVENT link good for certificates to print?  Sometimes our attendees do not print or save as a pdf for over a year until they need the certificate to prove attendance for promotion/PD etc.  If the event is archived then we need to re-opne to re-send the email to one person.
Can we change the date a certificate link expires?

I have the same situation.  Thankfully I have been able to send certificates that have been archived for years.  I find the easiest way to do this is go to contacts, type in their name,  click on contact history then transaction history.  It gives you a list of everything they have registered for, with that email address, no matter how long it has been archived for. Click on the event and go from there to download and send them their certificate.  I haven't had to reopen an event to send a certificate. I hope this helps!
