I am a web builder. I build the event websites and mobile apps for my company. I have a basic "Website Request Form" that meeting hosts complete when they need a web build, but I don't have anything for a mobile app build. Is there (or does anyone have) a Mobile App Build Questionnaire for meeting hosts to complete? So far, I've come up with this, but I know there's a lot that is still missing.
- Event URL (browser version): 4+ characters, no special characters (Used if someone can't use the app on their device)
- Event Description:
- App Password:
- Minimum 6 characters
- Maximum of 25 characters
- Have at least 1 letter
- Have at least 1 number
- No special characters or spaces
- Banners: Decide what you what your banners that appear at the top of the Home page to say (and if they direct to another page, URL, etc.)
- What tabs do you want in your app and in what order?
- I'll need content for each tab
- Here are the navigation icons to choose from for each tab (or sections that will contain multiple tabs)
- Who is going to be your app primary contact (aka app admin) who should receive emails about the event? Have you gotten access to CrowdCompass yet?
- Do you want an Attendee List?
- If so, how do you want the attendee's sorted?
- Do you want attendees to
- be guided through how to customize their profile and upload their photo after logging in?
- be able to rate sessions (aka agenda items) using a 5-star system?
- be able to create their own appointments that are added to their agenda?
- share documents externally? If you disable this, documents cannot be shared outside of the app and will not appear on the Online Event Guide (browser version).
- See the Activity Feed? It allows attendees to upload photos and text regarding the event, then others can "like" or comment on their post.
- Are you allowing attendees to share outside of the app? (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- If so, do you have any hashtags that should appear by default?
