    Hi, 
    Experiencing difficulty on exporting reports. It spins for a long time and when I click on 'export' it shares a message that the report has been exported and I will receive an email when it has done so. 

    I can go into CVENT to retrieve reports, the issue is sharing it with other members of the team across three different states, of which I have received emails of delay. 

    Please share suggestions.
