We are going to use the appointment scheduler this year, mostly for our relationship managers to book time and space with their customers at our event.
I am looking for any advice on using the appointment scheduler as a staff and room scheduler for our breakout sessions. The way I envision this is that the meeting name will be the name of the session, the room will be location (and time slot availability and capacities will be viewable), and the presenters and room monitors can be assigned to the meeting and it will push into their agenda and also block off their time.
Has anyone used the appointment scheduler in this way to plan 80 or so sessions (many offered 2-3 times throughout the week)? Any other ideas for utilizing CVENT in this way?
I would also like to house the description as a field in these meetings so that I can create reports that will generate PDFs by day, to help our customers when they're registering for courses. Any ideas are welcome!
