  • 1.  Flex importing sessions

    Since our March event has been postponed to Nov, we decided to adjust the dates and keep the registrations. This will save us on registration and credit card transaction fees. I'll cancel those can't attend.

    I exported all of the sessions, adjusted the dates and reimported. Many of our sessions don't have an end time. Just looks better on the agenda. When I imported the sessions back I got invalid session end time. OK, I can kinda understand that, BUT, you can have a blank session end date and time. Pretty sure Classic let me import blank end dates.

    Thank you for this feedback. Session end time is a required field during an import and was in classic as well. We can definitely submit this feedback to our product team, and I encourage you to share it within the Ideas tab as well.

    I spoke too soon. I confirmed YOU ARE CORRECT!
    Just odd that even though end date has a '*' indicating it's required, you can leave it blank.
