  • 1.  Add a Calendar button does not present a gmail option

    Hello,

    We have added the "Add to Calendar" button on our post registration screen and added a link on our confirmation email. When someone clicks this button, it only downloads an .ics file. It does not give the you the option to add the event to a gmail calendar or give you the option for other email providers. Is there a way to at least provide the option to add our event to a gmail calendar?

    Hi Juan,
    We have the same issue, and I have been working with CVent on this for over a year - literally!
    I was advised recently by Cvent that they hope to have a 'fix' for this by July 2020.  It was pushed back in priority since Covid presented a virtual solution need. 

    Unfortunately, I have yet to figure out a work-around for this issue.  We just need to wait until Cvent can fix it.
