I am looking for information on creating sessions in our Flex events using Zoom integration. Does anyone have any ideas how we can promote a SESSIONS vent using Zoom links where registrants are REQUIRED to register for EACH session. Basically what we've done is broke a 3 hour event into two 1.5 hour sessions so registrants really need to register for both sessions to attend the complete event. Some thoughts we had were to
A. Set up 2 Zoom events
Integrate 1 of the events with Cvent - why - to get reminders to registrants and to monitor registrations. Assumption is that they sign up for both. Disadvantage -they won't get the info on the other event. Or could it be manually done - not if it's a unique link though.
B. Set up 2 Zoom events
Keep everything as is with the instructor monitoring and sending out reminders. Disadvantage - reminders are on the instructor.
C. Have an umbrella type marketing campaign and set up 2 events, one in Cvent and one in Zoom- use one event to send out the invite with links to sign up for both Zoom events
Set up 2 Zoom events, integrate each with Cvent
Disadvantage - looking up 2 events in Cvent, but we'd have to do the same with #1 but in Zoom
Before our Zoom integration, our instructor would send out two Zoom invitations with links to invitees. Now that we have Zoom integrated into our Cvent account, I am looking for a way to promote the two sessions within the one event.
