Hi Rachel,
I would highly suggest using the meeting request forms to differentiate regions needs. By using the meeting request forms, you can create alerts to TMC's in a region based on filters. All of the information can be housed in your platform, so you still get the visibility of the event globally. Additionally, if your TMC is using your Cvent platform to source venues, you can set up visibility for them to source and still control what preferences are for each region.

Hello everyone,
As in-person meetings begin to resume, we are using this opportunity to continue to build adoption into our SMM program. Of course, regions outside of AMER have different needs/wants for meetings than our AMER employees, and the venues and their meeting offerings differ, as well. Because of this, we are contemplating using meeting services from our TMC in those regions so that they have a local contact who is better equipped to assist.
I would love any feedback or experiences from others that may have gone a similar route, how it's working, how you centralize the data within Cvent, etc.
