  • 1.  Marketo integration - no custom objects available

    Hello.

    I have made the initial integration between Marketo and Cvent with  REST Endpoint, REST Identity,  REST Client ID and REST Client Secret. The validation passes successfully.

    In Integration Points tab I have 2:
    Invitee/Guest Registered for Event -> Create or update a lead, Create or update custom objects, Request a campaign for the lead, Add the lead to a list, Remove the lead from a list
    Invitee/Guest Registered for Session -> Create or update a lead, Create or update custom objects, Request a campaign for the lead, Add the lead to a list, Remove the lead from a list

    In Field Mapping I have retrieved all Marketo fields and they show up correctly - all of them.
    However, Custom Objects section is empty with following message: "You do not have any custom objects."

    Here you can see my Marketo Custom Object setup:

    Basically, my custom object is published, linked to a lead, and set up with at least one dedupe field, but still not visible in Cvent.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Hi Yavor,

    You should see an option to click "Add Custom Objects" from the page you are on (in Admin > Push API Integrations > Marketo Integration > Field Mappings). I've copied a screenshot below. If you're not seeing this, I suggest that you open up a case, because it looks like your custom object itself is set up correctly.
