    I scheduled an email to registered invitees and registered guests.
    In reporting I see that the invitees received them but nothing regarding guests.

    Short of asking a guest if they received the email, any way of knowing if they went out?

    Hey Steven-

    It is has been my experience that you cannot send the same email to both primary registrants and guests. You have to prepare the same email for each group individually because the data tags are different and do not always translate to both groups. Ie. {C-FirstName} is for the Primary registrant however, {G-FirstName} is for the guest. Hope that helps!

    Hi Steven,

    I also wanted to jump in here. Unfortunately, Guest Emails are not tracked in our Email Rates by Email report by design.
