As Jill mentioned, our Customer Support team is a wonderful resource that can help to troubleshoot questions very quickly.
Some suggestions I have regarding this issue are listed below:
- What is the "type" of your badge? There are different options such as "Invoice", "Badge", "Other" etc and you want to make sure that the option selected is "certificate." This is the type of badge that links to the certificate data tag specifically.
- Are all Registration Types associated to this certificate as well? You can check this by going to Attendees>Badges and Certificates>Select badge>Edit.
- Have Data tags or components been added to the certificate ? Just want to make sure that it was saved.
You can test on the backend by going to Attendees>Click on check box next to a name>bulk actions>print badges>print the certificate. This should download into a PDF.
These are just some troubleshooting steps to look at, but we might need to do some digging based on the setup. I hope this helps!
