Nothing like going on vacation for 2 weeks and coming back to a pandemic! As communications Mgr for our Americas Partner Channel, I've been on the forefront of helping set up logistics for (i.e. virtual delivery) and communicating about tools, processes, and resources that our team has put forth to support our Channel Partners in this new "shelter in place" marketplace. I am as busy as I would be in the end-stages of executing a live event! Currently I'm implementing a new Zoom setup (pool of 10 licenses and best practices) for our team to use when consulting with customers. Interesting times!
