    Hi there,

Wondering if anyone has tips on how to manage Group reservations. We have clients who need to register up to 100 vendors in a group.
Can you have multiple paths to display different information for different groups or should all groups just go through one path?

Currently on a live program we are experiencing a lot of system errors when a group owner tries to register more than a few vendors

You can import a spreadsheet to register in bulk

    Hi Elia,

You can have multiple paths, however you would need to also create multiple registration types per path that you want to send the group members down. This is because you can only associate one registration type to a particular path. If you want every group member to have the same registration type, than you can associate that registration type to the group member area in the registration settings.

If you have additional questions on this, I would recommend connecting with your account team to set up a call and speak through best strategies on setting this up.

    Thank you!

    Hi Elia,

I don't know if that might be helpful to you as it is a bit of a twist on using the Guest feature, but for our exhibitors who send multiple reps to an event, we had them register they're extra reps as guests (and created a specific reg type for those guests to differentiate them from the other, regular attendee guests). Using a dedicated reg path and reg type, where the Exhibitor Extra Rep type is the only guest type available for the Exhibitor primary reg type, we were able to cleanly associate all the reps from one company to the primary registration from that company,

    Cheers,
