We have used the membership module for many years, however, the module was created for corporate membership programs, not for associations with memberships. The biggest issue we have with the product is that it has not been updated in probably 10 years. Additionally, the reporting capabilities are hugely limited. We had to create custom reports with additional custom contact fields that we had to manage to give our clients the reporting capabilities.

I work for a non-profit professional association and we use many of cvent's products that relate to events( abstract management, passkey, crowd compass, etc.). However, I was wondering if any of you are using their membership module. Our primary role is as a professional association and we have members and different types of memberships. We are not very happy with the company we are with at the moment and were thinking of possibly switching out.
If any of you use it, can you please give me some insight of your experience, how long you've had it along with the good, the bad and the ugly. I don't only want to know if it's good, but also if you've had a negative experience and why.
