  • 1.  Cleaning up "Amount Due" in an Event registration.

    Hello Folks,

    We're getting closer to our event and I wanted to "clean-up" the Amount Due in our Fee Collection.  I identified several obviously bogus registrations which
    showed "Amount Due" on the current registration.  I "Unregisterd" each of them thinking that would effect the "Amoun Due" in the overall event.  It
    didn't change a thing.  How can I clean this up?

    There will be an amount due regardless if an attendee is cancelled. You may need to adjust those cancelled fees to zero. Or filter registered only.
