  • 1.  Video File Size issue - too large for Speaker Resource Center

    Hi Team,

    For one particular event, friends of mine are using the Speaker Resource Center and Presenters are required to record their presentations and submit them in advance.

    My friends can't gather these recorded presentations via the SRC because the file size limitation is 250 meg.

    The presentations can easily be 2 - almost 5 Gigs.

    The organi​zation having this problem is a non-Profit with a limited budget. They can't afford commercial Google, Box, etc. because the costs are far too high.

    Does anyone know of a large file depository solution where 100 people can collaborate (uploading files, viewing the files, etc.)?

    Hi Brenda, 

    Are they on Office 365 by any chance? We create a folder that is able to be edited / viewed by people outside of our organization and share the link with everyone so they can add their documents.
