Size of your Event Planning Team

    Hello fellow planners! Need some support in order to submit a request to expand my Events Team. For those of you in large organizations ( 40,000+ team members ) How many Event Planners make up your team? If you could provide the size of your team, amount of team members within your organization and how many events a year you plan, that should suffice. Thank you so very much in advance!!

    Hi Heidi, 

    We're an association with 300K+ members, and about 20 events we plan directly + another 5 we support. Conferences range from 200 attendees to 2,000. Our team is composed of four event planners + one manager + one tech specialist (does our livestreaming at in-person events).

    Not sure we're the right type of organization by my company just passed into about 509,000 employee. We're a bit split up geographically but we had/have (Are in the process or hiring back people who left just before the pandemic) 4 in North America which is our largest revenue market and then i think europe has 2-3. India has about 5 and most other geographies have a handful. Maybe 25 worldwide?
