I'm on classic as well. Are you using approvals? If so, then they have to be approved before you can change their registration type. If not, it's hard to trouble shoot without seeing your settings. I'd call the help line on this one.

We don't let them choose their own type either, but still have the option. You don't have the switch registration type button in the drop-down next to the attendee's name in invitees & registrants?

Hi need to change the registration type for some of our registered attendees. Our setup does not allow invitees to select their registration type so I can't see that option in the registrants record. I am wondering if there is a workaround.
