  • 1.  Flex Air Request- Multiple Destinations Work Around

    Hello,

    In the Air Request widget in the Flex builder, my company has incentive events where they start at one location and leave from another (Ex: LAX to JFK, BOS to LAX). Currently, the air request widget in Flex does not have the ability to make the accommodation while Classic did.

    Is there a workaround currently that can help the process. 

    Any insight would help.

    I ran into this issue earlier this year for an incentive program. What I ended up doing was allowing the registrants to put in multiple one-way flights so they could enter a different departure city on the return. One thing that is a bit frustrating with this option is you can't default a departure or arrival city. In order to try and make this as seamless as possible for the registration, I added an instructional paragraph at the top of the Air Request section to explain the process. I hope this helps.

    Thank you for the suggestion, Kelly. While this would be a workaround to capture the multi city legs, it would be frustrating for our Attendees to repeat filling out their Name, DOB, etc multiple times. This was a feature in Classic so it's unfortunate that same technology is applied in Flex.

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for bringing this up.  Multi-stop air requests are a common use-case for us too and I'd like to know what the workaround is / ideally have a built-in solution.  The Air Actuals module allows for this just not the Air Request.
