    Is there a way to organize the email selection page. In a way where you can only view ongoing campaigns in said page and all other past campaigns are moved to a separate folder or area?

    Do you mean the event selection page?  This would be what you first see when logging in to your Cvent account.  You can organize your events by client (drop down on the left side that says "view") or you can click to organize by the status of the event (cancelled, current, archived, etc.). If you need to further organize the events, you can also click on the titles across the top.  Hope this helps you!

    No straight forward way, perhaps you could retitle and add the year, copy the old email and then update the year and details.

    Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to organize the emails in their respective categories: pre-event, post-registration, declined registration, post-event, and housing notifications.
