I'm usually good at pounding a square peg in a round hole, but not this time.

We give 5 raffle tickets for attendees to put into a box for a chance to win a prize.

I'd like to come up with a solution using cvent whereas I can run a report, export to excel and pick a winner.

I thought of multiple sessions but then someone can't use their 5 chances in one session. Unless I repeat the session a five times.
Thought of optional items, but reporting would only give me qty. I'd have to manually create additional rows in excel.
And then I'd need a rule where someone can only use 5 of their chances if that was even possible.

So if I have 5 prizes, I'd need 25 sessions. Or
5 session groups with 5 prizes in each group.
Still... The registration would become very long and confusing.

    There must be another option.

    Hi Steven,

Do the invitees have to pay for these raffle tickets, or is it free to enter for a chance to win? If it is free, I may have an idea utilizing Registration Questions.

    Best,

They are free, I thought about using questions too.
Ultimately they are limited to 5. Could be 1 chance per 5 items. Could be 5 chances for 1 item.

What if you did something like this, using the Matrix - Single Answer question type?

    Katie,
I thought about a matrix too. The last time I ran a report using matrix questions I didn't get the results I wanted.
Ideally I need a report that would have 10 rows, one for each door prize.
I'll play around with it again.
    Thanks.
