    Hello!
I am looking to do a clean up of our administrative side of Cvent but I am unsure where to start. I know of what information not to delete, but are there any tricks to reorganizing or any helpful trainings available on the administrative side?

    Thank you,
    #Miscellaneous

    Hi Meghan,

You can check a few areas like Account Email addresses for any email addresses that are associated with users that are no longer present. You can deactivate those email addresses.

You can also review different templates like Email Templates, Badges and Certificates and delete those that they do not need.

I have attached a couple of support articles below for you.

Do you know if there is a way to determine the last used or accessed date in the media and document libraries?  We have wanted to clean these up for a while but don't know exactly what is being used and what isn't.

The other thing you can do is prune down your address book if necessary.

    Our events are members only.
We add new members to our address book via an API  for each event.
After 100,000 names we are charged an additional fee. We delete anyone who did not have any previous event history.
