Subject: Cleaning up the administrative side of Cvent
Hi Meghan,
You can check a few areas like Account Email addresses for any email addresses that are associated with users that are no longer present. You can deactivate those email addresses.
You can also review different templates like Email Templates, Badges and Certificates and delete those that they do not need.
I have attached a couple of support articles below for you.

Subject: Cleaning up the administrative side of Cvent
Hello!
I am looking to do a clean up of our administrative side of Cvent but I am unsure where to start. I know of what information not to delete, but are there any tricks to reorganizing or any helpful trainings available on the administrative side?
Thank you,
