    Good afternoon. I am in search of guidance for how to translate the in-person poster session experience for both presenters and virtual attendees to the virtual platform. 
    For the in-person experience, poster presenters hang their posters on a board and then present their posters at different times during the event to interested attendees. 
    Not sure how to set this up virtually. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    We have many events where a poster session is part of the event. We have utilized the Exhibitor Management tool along with Attendee Hub to simulate a poster session. We are able to list the posters (and rename the 'exhibitor' tab to Poster Session). We use the 'sponsor ship levels' as program areas to group the posters by area for ease of use. We are able to embed the recorded poster presentation into the booth to allow attendees to view the poster on demand. We then have the exhibitor booths setup with single meeting rooms as opposed to having it set for 1:1 meetings. The poster presenter is then logged in as the meeting host during the poster session time to field any questions and participate in any discussions related to the poster with reviewers. We have found this works well. I am anxiously awaiting the On-Demand library implementation in attendee hub with high hopes that this will become an even better way of managing the poster sessions going forward.
