Hello I am trying to launch an event and I have been asked

Which credit card should we charge for this event?

I do not have a credit card so how can I launch the event? I have added bank details to receive payment can the charges not come out of this?

Not familiar with that one. We use PayFlowPro that connects to our merchant account, Chase Paymentech.
    We accept all credit cards.
Or do you need to add a credit card in your admin area?
Are you using cvent as your payment processor?

    Hi Rosalyn,

I believe that credit card alert you are receiving is regarding the one you will need to have on file, incase you are past due on any invoices. Cvent will always alert you when you are behind on payments, and won't charge the card without your consent. If your organization has a company credit card that can go on file, this would be the best option.

    Thank you!
