  • 1.  Confirmed Registrations showing as No Response

    Anyone run into the issues of sending out your invitations, people signing up and registering and receive their confirmations with the confirmation numbers, but show up as No response on your lists? We are having too much of this and have no record of any of those registrations.

    Hi Monica,

    Are you looking at your Invitee & Registrants list shortly after they register, or is it a while after? If it is a while after, it sounds like something we may need to troubleshoot. Feel free to respond to me directly with the event details/registrant names.
