    Does anyone know if there is a way to customize the email that is pushed out if someone clicks the link, "forgot your confirmation number"? I've attached a sample of what I'm referring to.

    I don't but would be curious. Have you reached out to the Cvent help phone or chat line? I bet they could tell you in 5 minutes.

    Hi Sara,

    Thank you for your question! You are not able to customize the email content received when clicking "forgot your confirmation number?". This is a system generated default email that is standard across all Cvent events and accounts. I will submit this as feedback to our Product Team on your behalf.

    To my knowledge, it is still the same and you cannot customize the email.

    Three years later and there doesn't seem to be an update on this.

    It is an issue because it shows "My Company Name" in the last line instead of "My Client's Company Name". Ideally it should use the planner name that is set for the event.

    On a somewhat related note, I'm not a fan of this pop up cause can no longer send the already registered link out or non-cvent clients. In classic you could copy and paste the already registered link and paste it into a reply with their confirmation number. Now that link just takes them to the default summary where you must direct them to the link on your summary page.... 

    Its just more steps but it used to be cleaner.
