Reference IDs in Flex work similar to classic and no extra code should be added automatically. I reviewed the event "One Lambda's 33rd Annual Advanced HLA Technical Workshop" and can see "web.html" Reference ID in reports.
Do you remember changing the Reference ID in the past. If not, you can call customer care for assistance. Our Application Support team should be able to track why ".html" code is appearing in Reference IDs.
