Happy Tuesday, Cvent Community! Hope those celebrating the upcoming holiday are excited for Turkey Day. Today we have some exciting #VirtualAttendeeHub updates, one new #Event(Flex) / #CrowdCompass integration update and two new Universal #Appointments updates to share.
Session Enrollment & My Schedule: Attendees can now modify their personal agendas while adhering to the enrollment rules set by the planner. This helps attendees manage their personal schedules and planners maintain consistency from the registration process to the virtual event experience. (This feature is on by default in all accounts and events. Registration rules related to agenda building are configured using existing Flex registration functionality including admission item maximum & minimums, session capacity, sessions with fees, overlapping sessions, session groups, advanced rules, and closed sessions.)
Virtual Session Data Sync to CrowdCompass: If CrowdCompass is being used for an event with virtual sessions, the Attendee URL and Attendee Password fields will sync to the CrowdCompass app for your attendees to see.
Default groups for Universal Appointments: For new Universal Appointments events, we now automatically create two attendee groups: "Staff" and "Prospects." These groups help you manage meetings more efficiently, by assigning the right roles to different meeting attendees.Default appointment type for Universal Appointments: For Universal Appointments events, we now create a default appointment type called "Sales and Customer Meetings." This new appointment type makes it easy for your sales teams to book appointments with their prospects.
