The personal agenda report did not move over to Flex and the only alternative I see now is to build it in Badges which is quite cumbersome. The attendee schedule you are able to build in this section is not customizable like the Classic report that was a Word document. The session schedule section is a grid and the document is a PDF.  Perhaps there is another path and I have just not discovered it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hello Diane,

Are you trying to send this document as an automatic email? As something attendees can download?
In Flex, I have been using the agenda widget within a post-registration email to send registrants the recap of the sessions they signed up for.

On a one-off basis, if somebody needs the titles of the sessions they signed up for, I will go to their agenda tab on their registrant profile and select "send as an email" on the Actions dropdown.

Finally, for accreditation purposes, we did build a "Page 2" to our certificate that populates a list of sessions they were marked as a participant on. That is something they can download post-event, and that was built in the Certificates & Badges tool.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi,

I am trying to create a document to print prior to the event to give to attendees onsite.

    Thank you!

    ~Diane
