Has anyone had experience integrating Uber for Business within a Cvent event or at account level?
We are exploring usage of Uber for Business vouchers to give to our attendees for use on multiple legs of ground transportation over the course of a 2 day engagement.
day 1 - airport to hotel
day 2 - hotel to venue
    day 2 -venue to airport

Looking forward to your feedback, thanks!

We use Uber for Business and for ease we just do the generic link and can include it in our final email to our attendees who we want to provide with transportation. The downside on this is you can't see who actually uses the voucher just that someone took it and for how much it was. I bet if you do the unique link and upload it into internal you could data tag it in an email.

    Hi @Justina Hulen
    Thanks for your feedback!
I think you're right about not having usage visibility when giving out a generic link. I'm told it leaves our org vulnerable to that link be shared out multiple times, so setting a maximum amount for that type of voucher is important.

    Hello Hallie,

As a hotel venue and a hotel that is 3 miles from the airport.  We have created several business accounts with Lyft for our hotel to use for VIP guests etc. for airport transportation.  The code is given to the guest and they give it to the driver and we are then billed for the transportation on a monthly basis.  We have a dollar limit on each code so that we ensure the transportation is just to our hotel and airport.  I hope this helps!

    Hi Hallie,

I'm looking at this thread a bit later - have you find a way to identify who redeems the rides on an individual basis, or did you go with the bulk link?

    Thanks,

Yes! Thanks for asking. Even if you use the generic link to send vouchers, the redemption data is available.
