  • 1.  Quickest way to view the latest change on Preview/Test mode

It often takes me many times of hard refresh and cache clearing, just to be able to see updated content or latest settings on Preview or Test mode.

Most times I have multiple browsers open just to make sure it is the cache, not my settings that don't work.

I'd like to know if anyone has a sure-way (or a faster way) to go about this?

Have you tried using an incognito or private browser? That sometimes works for me

I have had the same issues and clearing the cache makes me sign back in again to Cvent, so you are not alone!

Same. Clear cache or use incognito mode.

This is unfortunately one of the biggest issues my team and I have encountered with Flex, and there have been several along the way. I do not think it is so much of a Cvent problem as I believe it is a Flex problem. In Classic Registration build I typically have 25+ tabs open on a given afternoon and the system (typically) responds without a hitch. The response time of edits was AMAZING and were able to be viewed seconds later.  I will definitely be using the Incognito browser idea going forward, but it feels a little awkward thinking of having to tell someone on the phone trying to register that they should "open up incognito mode in order to see the changes made and register for our event", no?

    Thanks!
