Emails not arriving

    Is anyone having issues with receiving emails?  I'm attempting to test some and I'm not getting them all of a sudden.  Has been working fine up until about an hour ago.

    May not be your issue but we actually found our companies email server was blocking emails from cvent. Have you tried only sending to a work email? Perhaps try manually sending to another email address (like a gmail) and see if it goes through then? We ended up having to work with out IT dept. to whitelist cvent emails

    They eventually came through.  We did have the problem you describe a while back.  I got a list of IP addresses from our account rep and had our network guy white list them so they are no longer blocked.  Also gave the IP list to a couple of our external planners as they were having the issue as well.

    We had a similar issue and I discovered that the invitees who were not receiving the emails has foreign characters, quote marks,  in the name field of their contact information (e.g.,  First Name field listed as:  John "Johnny" instead of just John). This was due to us uploading the list. Not sure if this has anything to do with your issue--sharing just in case.

    We've also been having delays with Cvent emails on and off for the past week or so.  Usually they come through within a minute or two, but at some points this week they took up to 15 minutes to be delivered.
