  • 1.  Postponed event with different hotel

    I have a meeting that is now postponed until June, but the current registration has a hotel setup that is different than the hotel we will now use.  Am I able to modify the travel/hotel for all registrants with the new hotel or will I have to cancel each registration and start over?  This meeting is set up in Classic.

    Hi Kelly,

    In classic I would suggest exporting your attendees in one mass export and updating their hotel info in bulk. Once that's complete you could just re-upload them which will be quicker than manually editing one by one.

    Hi Chelsea,

    When you re-upload the list (reflecting the new hotel), that creates a new booking in the attendee record but doesn't remove the old one does it?

    After the import, each record would reflect the original reservation and the new reservation ... I believe Kelly would still need to cancel all the bookings at the previous hotel (which can be done in bulk).
