Hi all,

I would like to know if there is a way to add Test Users to Cvent - without them having a license to use Cvent?
Currently I send the test to myself and forward it on - is there a better way?

yes! when you click "Perform a test" there's an option to "Email test scenarios to other people".

I think it depends on your administrative structure in Cvent if you can add people to this list based on their emails or if it has to be based on a user. If it's by user only, then you might have to keep forwarding the tests on...

Yes, we have our members test our registration sometimes and they are not account users. You can add test users by going to Admin - User - Create User and use Test User as the Role. When you're sending out the test you can select multiple users or just one. Hope this helps!
