Virtual Meetings/Events into Meeting Policy

    Hello all,

    Has anyone successfully been able to incorporate virtual and hybrid meetings into their existing SMM programs? I'm looking to write them into our policy and would be interested in hearing how others may have done the same. Verbiage, process, compliance, etc.

    Hi Rachel,
    Any luck incorporating/creating a virtual policy? I'm just starting and there is not many resources out there that I've been able to find. Any info you can share is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jamie!

    Unfortunately, I don't have any concrete information for you. We certainly added it to our policy as we would like some visibility there, but are having difficulty ensuring compliance. We essentially said if the virtual event/meeting is over 5K in spend or requires terms and conditions in any capacity, it needs to be logged just like an in-person/physical meeting.

    I wish I could be more helpful! I'll keep you posted if something changes.
