CrowdCompass is an additional product and something that you need to contract with Cvent, similar to how you are contracted for the Event Management license. I recommend reaching out to your Cvent Account Manager/Account Team and letting them know that you are interested in CrowdCompass and they will be able to provide you with pricing and additional information. Once contracted, you will receive a login and account to work in.

My company has been using Cvent for several years, and I just took training that included using CrowdCompass. I didn't hear how to get access and use this app. Is this something we have to register for and pay for on our own? Or is a login provided by Cvent?
