  • 1.  12 Week Leadership Development Program?

    Hi! Our organization uses cvent for conferences and is considering using it to host a virtual 12 week, cohort based leadership development program with potentially 16 cohorts per year. We could track registrations and contact hours, and possibly use the attendee hub and track attendance, schedule communications, and have all our reporting in one place. But this might be a stretch for the platform. Does anyone have experience using cvent in this way instead of a LMS like blackboard or canvas to deliver a training program over multiple weeks? If so, would you be willing to talk to me about your experience?

    I don't have experience with this but think it's a great idea. I'm wondering how you're going to set it up in Cvent, thinking the whole 12-month program will be the event and then participants can select optional sessions and tracks? Best of luck here.
