Hello!

We had to reschedule our event. We have both virtual and in-person versions of this event. Last fall, a speaker was planning to be a virtual speaker, which has a different registration cost than an in-person speaker. Now, this speaker is speaking in person and will need to pay the difference to meet the in-person speaker price.

I don't know how Cvent works on the user-side, and how to instruct this person to pay the difference via Cvent.

You need to send everyone to pay? I'm assuming you don't already have their credit card on file otherwise If there weren't too many, I'd send an email that I'm charging their card. I struggle getting people to go back and pay. :)

I have a submit payment on the confirmation page and direct people back to their registration.
