miMeetings integration: We're excited to announce a new integration with the corporate ground transportation solution miMeetings! miMeetings works with the Cvent platform to seamlessly add ground transportation to your meetings management program.
Using the integration, you can:
- Improve your processes for managing ground transportation to drive savings for your organization.
- Automatically pull registrant travel information into miMeetings to facilitate booking transportation.
- Push ground transportation invoices directly into your Cvent budget to track costs.
New Admin reports
- Meetings Management Notification Delivery: This report provides delivery statuses and other details for your account's meetings management notifications.
- Meeting Request Extract: Export your account's meeting request form details in CSV format. Each export can include different meeting request forms and cover different date ranges.
Reconcile card transactions with variable cost items: Transactions received via the Citi or American Express Card integrations, or our API, can now be reconciled with a new or existing variable cost budget item.
When reconciling a transaction, you'll either update the item's number of units or cost per unit to account for the new overall amount. Let's say you're reconciling a $100 transaction to a $200 budget item (2 units, $100 per unit). To update the item to $300, you can either change the number of units to 3 or increase the cost per unit to $150.
