Do you mean an Access Portal? I haven't had anyone necessarily get locked out, but I have had a lot of people who just can't log in due to system issues. What I end up doing is removing them from the Access Portal guest list, then adding them back and sending them a new invitation. That always does the trick!
Two things:
1. They will need a new password when they do that
2. They will lose all access to existing reporting, so you will need to find out what they have access to BEFORE you remove them so that you can restore it
You can find out what someone has access to by going to the
Access Portal >
Guests tab > find the user (I usually type CTRL+F to find folks quickly) > click on their name >
Content Access tab >
Reports tab. Then I'll take a screenshot so I can reference it later after I add them back to the Access Portal.
