  • 1.  mail.mil domain not accepting CVENT emails

    Posted 04-12-2021 12:28
We completed our event and I sent out the Event feedback and certificates to the participants. NONE of the people with emails with the domain mail.mil (US Military email) have received the emails and/or opened them.
    Any ideas?

    The emails probably were blocked.

This happens to us all the time because the automated Cvent emails are "spoofed" to look like they are coming from you personally. A lot of organization email systems think they are junk mail. Ask someone you know to check their junk mail folder and I bet they will find them.

Apparently we have an email domain to meet DKIP standards of .info.

Department of Defense email addresses block .info at the firewall level so the mail.mil participants aren't seeing anything with a link to a CVent certificate, CVent Survey, or anything with a CVent link on it.
