Thanks
@Brenda Ainsburg for reaching out! The Cvent Community is actually a combination of a couple of software platforms, and we built it so you as a customer felt like you were going to one unified location. Cvent's Knowledge Base articles are hosted on a different platform from your Community profile, and at this time there isn't an integration that would allow for favorites to be passed between the two. I encourage everyone to
up vote this idea and as enhancements are released in either software system we will keep an eye out for any release that would make this feasible.
Discussions and Ideas are hosted on the same platform as your profile, and you can find the discussions and ideas you are following on your profile. Go to your profile > My Connections > Following. In a work around you could reply to this post sharing your favorite KB articles (with links), and then be able to find your favorites via this post.
Housekeeping note: If you started a discussion or replied you are automatically following the discussion. If you want to unfollow a discussion, click into the discussion that you wish to unfollow and click on the red star. The star will turn blue to note you are unfollowing the discussion.

Subject: Ability to favorite/bookmark and organize our Go-to Kb articles on our Community Profiles
This might be a @Jodi Meier question: Has anyone thought about giving the ability to each Cvent Community Profile the ability to bookmark/favorite and organize his/her "go-to" knowledge base articles?
I know I always go back to the graphics cheat sheets and I have at least 20 other gems that I need to reference during different parts of an event's lifecycle since I do the #Event(Classic) reg website, #Appointments, and #CrowdCompass mobile app for a single event. I also help out with #OnArrival.
Right now my browser is filled with folders and subfolders of KB articles I reference. And then I have to back up/export my bookmarks weekly - because one fatal hard drive crash will teach you a VERY painful lesson about backing up one's data.
So how about it, Cvent Celebs and Cvent users? Should I submit this request to the #Community team as an Ideation?
See all of you lovely guys and gals at #CventCONNECT 2020!
