    I'm looking for best practices for a small multi-day virtual conference with concurrent sessions. My office uses Zoom for virtual events all the time, but I'm a bit nervous using the newly morphed Cvent Hub/Zoom integration. If you discovered any pitfalls while producing virtual events with the Hub, I'd love to hear about them.

    Hi Jacqueline - 
    I would encourage you to connect with your Cvent account team, and especially your solutions specialist. If yours is anything like mine, they'll walk you through the entire process of successfully launching a virtual event using the Hub, and will provide you with numerous articles and recommendations to help you along the way. My biggest recommendation would be to review your conference agenda in detail with whoever is creating content, and discuss whether each session would be best with a live, simulive, or collaborative format. Doing that helped my group focus on the conference goals, and which sessions needed participation from attendees and which could be pre-recorded and presented simulive. Best wishes to you!
