Hello all!
I am hoping that some of you like myself whose meetings are mainly government can help me with this most recent problem with Flex. Our registrants who are legislators need to pay for their guests with a separate credit card. In Classic, there was a way to distribute the payment (the main attendee using a certain payment) and then they could follow up and pay for their guests with a different card. That feature seems to be gone now and I am being told by Cvent is the only way to do this is set up partial payment, and the registrant has to fully register, get a confirmation number, then go back in and modify and add their guests and then pay for them. Is this really true?! If so, this makes no sense as you are now asking these busy people to do double work to register for a meeting. Any insight on this would be appreciated! Thanks!!
