    Reg links?
    I love new registrations. I have so many questions. :)
    I've been using E-MY REG LINK in my confirmation emails.

    What is the difference between
    {[E-ALREADY REGISTERED LINK]} and {[E-MY REG LINK]} ?

    Your registration has been confirmed. Please save this email for future reference.
    {[E-MY REG LINK:Click here]} to view/modify your registration. You will need your Confirmation Number: {[C-CONFIRMATION NUM]}
    (I don't use a period at the end of that sentence because too many people copy the confirmation number with the period and it fails.)

    Tip
    You can change the text for your link.

    I believe the difference between the two is that the "Already Registered" link is the same for every registrant so they are required to enter their email address and confirmation when clicking on it. The "My Registration" link takes them directly to their specific registration so the link will be different for each attendee that registers.

    Thanks. I used both in a test email and it was hard to tell the difference. :)

    Hi Steve,

    Kelly is correct that one is just taking you to the landing page to login if you have already registered whereas the second link will take you to the page after you login. If the person is not logged in, they may be taken to the login landing page first - It really wouldn't matter which link you use in that instance.

    Great tip on editing the links! Thanks!
