Hi Cindi,
Do you want a notification to go to the event admin, or to the registrant's administrative assistant? For the former, you would use Planner Alerts. For the latter, you would add the standard personal data field "CC Email Address," and the in your registration confirmation, under the Advanced Settings tab, you would select "yes" for "send an additional copy of this email each time it is sent" and check the box next to CC Email Address.
