Cancelling Event

    We have groups who are needing to cancelling their events. I have read on the knowledge base under the article "Cancelling an Event", if you change the event status to Cancel, that automatic refunds will be issued to all registrants who paid online within 24-48 hours. What is the best course of action if you are wanting to do partial refunds if your event is in "Cancel" status.  or Should you move your event to "Closed" status? Can you do bulk refunds?

    I called cvent customer service yesterday before canceling two events.  They asked me to contact my account manager.  She then forwarded me to the ecommerce department.  Cvent is working towards processing the registrants’ refunds.  In the meantime, I closed our registrations.

    In the event closed status, have you found away to do bulk refunds?

    We have an event next week that was just postponed till Nov. I'll be manually issuing refunds since I never created a refund policy.
    I wonder if I can create a refund policy after the fact?

    I had a similar issue a few days ago - 70 registrants that had to be cancelled and refunded. I created a Refund Policy, then did a mass "unregister", an everyone that paid by credit card was automatically refunded. Paypal refunds ave to be done separate, in Paypal, regardless.
