Hi CVENT community,

I have a question regarding the creation of a mailing in order to send participants information. Do you know if it is possible to use a registration question we created for the registration website and then use it as a data tag in a custom email so we can send participants personnalize information at once ?

Hi Guillaume,

Yes, as long as the Registration Question you created has a Question Code, you can then utilize it as a data tag in an email, whether you are looking to populate the question text itself or the invitee's response. Additionally, if you need to create more custom questions that are more planner-controlled, you can consider using Internal Information.
