  • 1.  HELP!!! Creating Registration and Breakout sessions

    Our account manager sent us several training tools but none of them shows me how to customize registration or add in breakout sessions during registration.   I need to be able to customize questions during registration so I can ask additional questions about CEUs.  I also need to be able to change the current questions from optional to mandatory.  Finally,  I need a spot where registrants can select their breakout sessions (the sessions are already built as optional)

    Hi Robert! 

    Have you started by creating different registration types so you can customize who sees what during registration? 
    Are you also trying to add session questions? 

    Do you have one pathway or two?

    Besides using registration types > registration paths, you can also set up question visibility within a registration path:

    Scroll down to:   Choose who should see the question based on an agenda item, if necessary.
