Is it possible to associate an optional with a certian session?  Maybe a way to have some kind of logic like you would have in session questions?

Don't see any way. What are you trying to do? What is that optional item?
Maybe if you made the optional item a session, you can use an advanced rule?

I work for a Kindergarten - 12th grade Laboratory School on the University's campus.  We have an athletic department that would like to sell their football game tickets on Cvent.  With Covid restrictions we have to place a capacity on tickets and then a limit on how many a person can purchase.  We have 4 catagories of games, Varsity, Junior Varsity, 7th and 8th Grade Football, and 6th Grade Football.  These are mostly parents of children playing the sport and usually have children in more than one level.  And also purchasing multiple tickets to the same games.  I set up the event in both Flex and Express Ticket event.  Flex allowed me to set up the games as sessions and i did an optional item to capture the number of tickets, but all of the optional items appeared for all of the games.  There was no being able to only show the sessions they wanted and the optional item for that session.  With the Express Ticket event, I was able to have it set up easily, but the list of tickets shows up on 3 different occassions.  Would rather be more organized in Express but cant figure out how to manipulate it to organize.

    Cory,
I don't see how quantity items will work in this case.
How about a session group for each category?

    Varsity group
    Varsity 1 ticket
    Varsity 2 tickets
    Varsity 3 tickets
    Varsity 4 tickets
That way they need to select the number of tickets.

    You would need creativer reporting.
